 "Curbing" your dog -- sidewalk etiquette?
Okay so I was out walking Franklin the other day and I realized I didn't know what the proper etiquette is for walks! Franklin and Maggie are both markers and they just like to pee on everything and I can't really stop them (they don't have very good leash manners yet!). I always have my biodegradable bags with me for when they poop and I ALWAYs pick it up but is this even okay? Do you all mind if dogs pee/poop in your yard? Obviously you can't pick pee up but the poop can be easily disposed of. I don't even know what "curbing your dog" means! Are you supposed to keep their pee and poop on the curb? Because that'll never happen for me.. we'll just have to stop taking walks lol. They HAVE to have something absorbent to do their business on.. |
