I have been eating an anti inflammatory diet because i was having a lot of joint pain.
I dont eat red meat, anything white like potato or rice.
I eat tons of whole grains like quinoa, brown rice etc.
i eat organic when i can and have tons of fresh raw foods.
I already take 50 million units of probiotics.
I try not to eat sugar or substitutes but will have splenda with coffee.
My joint pain is totally gone. I havent had any asthma issues either. This should prevent coronary artery disease too,

I just bought one month worth. You are supposed to do it at least 3 months a year, I may do it 3 on and 3 off.
