Omg VERY WORRIED! mucus in stool and drontal.

My pup has had fleas for about a week or so and the vet thinks she has tapeworms. I took in a sample of this slimy thing that I found on her belly and that's what she thinks it was... a tapeworm segment.

She prescribed Drontal for the prevention/treatment of any worms Peanut might have.

I gave it to her this afternoon and tonight, about 15 minutes ago, she had diarrhea with mucus towards the end. It smelled really bad.

Any idea if this is from the Drontal? I didn't see any worms... could it be that she doesn't actually have them? The vet didn't do a stool test and I'm nervous!
