My Gus doesn't like the smell either and runs around a bit after his Frontline, but he's fine in a couple hours. Frankly, I don't blame him; until it sinks in, it smells like Raid!

If your baby had any fleas, though, it's possible that they were going a little nutty trying to bite or get off. My understanding is that when a live flea bites a dog that has Frontline treatments, it makes the flea hyperactive before it dies.
