She is 7 lbs & I give her 1/4 tablet. I tried the liquid, but she would sometimes gag, threw up/hated it. She's gotten so smart about the pills too. She didn't do well with the children's tablet. The Vet said adult benadryl was fine. I've tried pill pockets (she did that for a while), hiding in food, but she is funny to watch - will spit out everytime while digesting the food. So funny to watch, you will try numerous times, think she's swallowed, then.....out pops the pill
.....so peanut butter works well, just a dab of course, but she can't spit the pill out easily. lol. Good Luck with Teddy!
