In the meantime before I get him to the vet do you guys think it is okay for me to boil him chicken and try feeding him that or he's too little? and as for the vaccines he had his first vaccine two days ago which is when his weird actions began. Oh and I tried putting honey in his water but no help there he still wouldn't drink it. Also, how do puppies get parvo? (sorry if I sound ignorant I am dealing with a tiny dog for the first time in my life and am getting absolutely no help from my friends or family).

I appreciate your concern so very much.
IMO I would not give him boiled chicken. If he is having liver problems the chicken could make him more sick. You can get some baby food chicken and mix it with some baby food sweet potatoes and baby food peas, carrots, or green beans. Add a tiny bit of corn syrup to that and let him lick it off your finger. I would avoid honey because honey can harbor bacteria. The very best thing you can do is get him to the vets and get him tested. Please keep us posted as to what the vet says.
