They can have an eye infection (usually bacterial) that does not elevate the general temperature until it starts to affect the whole system (body). I would wipe her eyes with a little gauze and sterile water a few times today and see if the discharge returns. If so, I'd take her in to the vet for a check, she has enough going on and doesn't need the irritation of an eye infection.

Loose stools is common after whelping. Coco had them for more than 2 weeks. I had her checked at the vet (and stool sample) and nothing wrong. Her body was still just adjusting. You can give a little (2 tablespoons) canned pumpkin -- not the pie mix, just plain pumpkin -- and see if that helps. But probably it will clear up on its own in time. Just be sure she doesn't dehydrate, nursing can be a real drain on their fluids.
