You will be able to tell who is who as they grow each will have different personlities, marking, weights....etc
I have never had a problem telling pups apart.
But, if you need to mark them some use a washable non toxic magic markers and put a dot of different colors on the inside of the pups ears.
Reapply as it starts to fades.
Some use different colored string/ ribbon around the pups necks
( I was always afraid to do this because the pup may get choked)
