Thanks for that info. Actually the doctor did feel her tummy but Squeekie wasn't moaning. She usually does moan when I rub her tummy when she goes to sleep but I'm feeling her tummy now and she's not moaning. Her tummy also isn't tight. When the doctor felt her tummy she wasn't explaining to me what she was doing so I don't know what she thought.
I finished her rice and chicken and she loved it. Of course, I had to hand feed her

. But she ate half of a cup bowl. That was an hour ago and she hasn't thrown up. Actually she hasn't thrown up since I got home from work so hopefully she's getting better. She peed and her pee is normal but she hasn't stooled yet since her little accident in the vet.
Thank you everyone for all your advices!

Also, I can't imagine dealing with a vet who doesn't have an in house lab. Having to wait until the next day to get results of bloodwork is unacceptable. If Squeaky does have either HGE or pancreatitis, it can be dangerous to wait 24 hours. Hopefully it is nothing that serious this time, but I'd be shopping for a vet asap. |
