Default is mucus normal?

My 5 month old woke up yesterday morning and threw up a small amount of yellow bile. I immediately fed her and gave her pedialyte because she is just over 2 lbs. She had a little bit of loose stools, but what made them loose was some mucus that was in them. This was new. Later she had more mucusy stool, but not diareah. She feels fine, is active, eating and her gums look pink. This morning her stools have a little bit of mucus, also. She is not due for her 3rd series of shots until next week - is this mucus in her stools something I need to go ahead and take her in for, or can it wait until next week (unless her symptoms worsen). What can be the cause of this? She is acting perfectly normal. Thanks!
