I agree with everyone that said to wait until you find the house that you LOVE! Look at homes that are a little above your price range, owners are getting desperate to sell and may accept a lower offer
If you ever get to look here in Florida, you would find so many houses! There are so many here that have been on the market for a long time, and the prices are dropping steadily..
