I do not know how long you have had him? Something may or may not be right about him. PLease get him checked out!
Little puppoes do tend to sleep a lot, however, not having energy to walk concerns me. Is he eating and drinking well? Is he a very tiny Yorkie?
For your piece of mind I highly suggest you get him in to the vet as soon as possible .
