Hi guys....
Thanks for all the good advise and sharing on your experiences. I guess if the price was lower I could expand but I think the price is too high to get much out of the renovation taking into consideration of having to live through that. I am looking in NJ....I have been for a while. I was going to look in Fla. but I broke my arm "again" end of March so those plans are put off...now with prices finally falling in NJ I might not bother at all with FLa.
When I saw this house at first it looked like there was nothing I had to do to it except put on a deck...but taking a second look I see there is work to be done...like the kitchen cabinets. So unless I see it as a worth while renovation job....it's no deal.
It's 2am and I have just woke up about 1/2 hr ago. I have been recouperating for the past 2months and have an interview tomorrow and another later this week. My sleep pattern is so off. I am now drinking coffee, lol. Maybe once I get back to work I'll dream a little higher. I am looking in an area where you don't get much for your money but I just love the area. Doesn't make things too easy but in a declining market I just might get lucky.
Once again thanks for all the help.
Tina
