I think it's 45 days, but I think you need to report a possible issue sooner than that. If it's a high dollar item, I would request insurance and pay a little extra to the seller for it just to be safe. That seller MIGHT have it included in the listing, but you should look and make sure. At the very least make sure there's delivery confirmation.

You also need to check a few things. What is the seller's feedback rating? How much experience do they have on Ebay? Are the shipping prices unreasonably high or low? Make sure your paypal and ebay address are right and that they match.
