hello!
ive never used paypal before and i will be making a purchase on ebay and i want to do all my research before i do. i know on the ebay it says this qualifies for buyer protection upt o $350 CDN. if my item does not arrive and i cannot get through the seller, how will i make a dispute with paypal? andhow many days do i have??? i bought a rubber bracelet (rubber with rhine stone names for $12) and i never recieved it and by the time i reported this to ebay it was too long and they couldn't do anything. so i want to make sure i ahve all the information because once i make the payment, i will be on a time restraint.
