Do not clean up poop all of the time always leave some. This will become their routine and their brain will trigger. Rambeau is like a robot, if I had to collect pee or poop I would have no problem. It is true as they get older their ability to hold it is better. The muscles of the sphincters become stronger, the bladder larger and more resilient. If they mess in their kennel or the floor just clean it up. If you catch them just repeat the routine you have been practicing. I have never used a command. I do ask if he has to pee and he gives me that cute little yorkie cock of the head.

What do I do when she EATS her poop??? I can't leave it down if she is going to EAT IT??? What am I doing wrong?? I take her out constantly....sometimes she goes sometimes she doesn't but I still take her outside every 30-45 minutes and put her in her xpen and either stand there and say "go potty" ... "good girl" etc etc ... or sometimes I leave her out there in her xpen for 5-10 minutes and watch her out the window to see if she goes?? Do you all use a harness or collar on a leash?? Do you leave it on or take it off every time she comes in?? I ordered a "Puppia harness" but I don't have it yet. Is there something I am doing wrong?? What is the best to do at night?? I have let her sleep with me but now she doesn't want to sleep she wants to play so I have put her in her crate for the past week and I get up in the middle of the night and take her out but she still pees and poops in the front of the crate on a towel and sleeps in the back of it on a little pillow bed?? She screams and cries in it though.....I leave a radio and night light on in the room and cover the back of the crate with a sheet??? I think she is getting a little bit better actually in there but still just screams!!lol She HATES any type of confinement!! She even screams in her xpen until a car goes by or someone walks down the street and takes her attention!!lol I hope I am doing the right things with her?? She puts everything in her mouth she can outside and inside both.....I watch her constantly with that too!!lol I don't care if she ever is a "trick dog" or anything close....I just want to love her and have her go potty outside and sleep at night!!lol
THANKS to all of you for trying to help me!!
