It's just an Always thin pad cut in 1/2
Works great for his size, he is 6 1/2-7lbs. Koda has never soiled them, so he is really getting the idea of, "hey, I don't want to have this thing get wet and be against me, so I will try my hardest to hold it in!!"
IT's worked great! I have only replaced in every other time just to have a fresh one on
