Oh...Madison is getting his big "snip" on Tuesday! He's 2 yrs old though and I'm pretty sure he's NOT going to tolerate the collar, so I got him some "onesies"....I think it will be much better for him b/c he won't be able to lick, but he won't be running into the walls or anything with the collar.
I had Max done when he was around the age of yours, and he did GREAT.....up and running around a day or so later! And I took his collar off too, and he never did lick the surgical area, so I didn't really have to worry about it. He was so miserable with the collar on, I only put it on the first night while we were in bed, just in case he might lick while I was sleeping. The next day.....it went into the trash!
