Google "waterless shampoo." Also there are darling raincoats. There are also little raincoats that have an umbrella attached and then a leash attached to the umbrella for you to hold onto. My furbabies are scared to death, though, when I try to even use an umbrella for myself. I just invested in raincoats for myself and my furbabies. I use sweater on my doggies all the time except in hot weather. Even use tee-shirts inside. I always figure that the way I feel is the way they feel because they have no undercoat.
