i've seen dogs outside in the rain, but never small dogs like yorkies. i personally don't like to take mine out just in case it catches cold. he doesn't even like rain. my mom took mickey out for a walk then all of a sudden it started to down pour and mickey got scared and went into hiding mode. so i really wouldn't take a dog out if its rainning a lot. but if it's spitting, take your dog out long enough for ur dog to do his business |
