So my boy is 2.5-3 months old.. He is my first small dog and first Yorkie.. Im used to German Sherpards.

Anyways, I was wondering.. Being as small as he is and having no undercoat is that ok to take him peepers outside when it rains?

I might wanna know that we live in Shanghai and its 28-38 degrees celcius these days.. We are entering rainy season and I really wanna housetrain him for outside peepers and poopers..

Also does he need a doggy coat when it gets colder? Or a rain coat for the rain?

What do you guys do?
