Do they really not just slide right out of these things?

I could REALLY use one with Sebastian because he likes to hike EVERYWHERE... but he's soooooo tiny, it seems like he'd slip right out of them in a second....

Also, I'd prefer the satin / silk lined ones since I like to keep his coat long... which means, even slipperier! (is that a word?)
