we only have one pet store here that actually sells dogs.. it is IN A MALL and before i got barbie i went in there to buy supplies for my puppy i was getting in a month and actually held a yorkie and they wanted 1,900 dollars

he was SO chubby and just looked a mess I DON'T GET WHY THIS IS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN?!

can't anyone do anything?!!?!
