I'm sorry you are having problems. I've not experienced that particular problem, but I would pay close attention to what the vet says and I would also be doing searches on the net to read and learn as much as I could about it. You may want to have him checked out more at a good state vet school and perhaps whatever is wrong could be repaired. Good luck and keep us updated if you can.
