Default Good Luck!

First, good luck with your girl. I think you have done the right thing by having her whelp at the vet's office. Whelping is scary and with a girl that tiny it is scarier.

Also, no scolding about the accident, that stuff happens. But to clear up a misconception here so that people viewing the thread don't get confused-- having a male dog around will not draw a female into heat. That is how it works with cats, but not dogs. Just not how their cycles work-- now she could have been "drawn in" by other bitches in season (like in people, the dormitory effect) but not by the presence of a male dog.

How many are you expecting? Take deep breaths, all will be fine even if a section becomes necessary : ) Just make sure that once mom is home that she is eating well and getting enough calcium. Dogs of any size can get eclampsia but I worry the most about the smaller ones.
