Several people in my family has diabetes. I can't remember which type, but its the less serious type. My brother was diagnosed when he was 40 and he had to completely change the way he was eating an he ended up losing like 50 lbs. He doesn't really have to monitor his blood sugar daily like soem people, just watch what he eats. |
