[joy and bella]

i think i have diabetes and i am very scared!!! i am almost 23 and have all the symptoms listed. i have hypoglycemia as it is....if i dont eat every 2 hours i get soo sick and start to sweat and get dizzy etc. i am making an appt for friday bc i am freaking out. can anyone give any advice or help...anything would be appreciated! i am soo scared right now!!!
