I think it's wonderful that you're considering still taking this baby in to your home. How old is the puppy? It's always a real possibility that a dog with asymptomatic MVD may indeed become symptomatic. MVD indicates an abnormality in the liver and over time, more damage may occur. Would you be willing to put the money into supplements and things that the dog might need?
Have you ever considered that the pup might not actually have MVD? How old was he when the test was done and had he had any shots or meds within the time frame that he had the BAT?
