I got mine from a family with two yorkies who had puppies, I wouldn't exactly call them breeders. I don't know what to do. I've been reading so many different responses about kennel cough and as to how to treat it. My mickiey takes antibiotics 3x a day and goes twice a day to the vet for nebulizer which is like vaporizer. I am not sure whether I Should continue on having him go through these treatments or just let him be and heal on his own. Mickey doesn't act like he is sick; he is always playing and running around it's only his breathing that's heavy, doesn't even cough. The only issue is that Mickiey hasn't had any vaccines yet and the vet says that he can't have any vaccinations until he heals. Does anybody know if this is true or can he actually have vaccines while sick? |
