That very same ad is in numerous cities/states. It has to be a scam. Just paste into google this:

$200 Mimi is a lovely little yorkie for rehoming.

You will find over four complete pages listed with ten listings on each page.

I would totally stay away from that.

ETA:

I would be VERY suspicious about any 200 dollar Yorkie.
