They are shipped through an airline. Which is typically more than $100. I always shy away from these kind of ads..remember what your mom told you...if it seems too good to be true then it probably is. But if you still want to go further, maybe if he could provide you with the vet's number so you could check on the health. Take a current picture, such as with a paper with your name on it so that you know its not just a picture of a cute yorkie that was taken from a different site.
