My daughter lives in NY and had highlights done for $250... I was in NY at the end of March and I didn't really even notice them.... She was just here in Missouri in May and she likes the way my hair looks so she went to "my guy"... she paid $100 for haircut, highlights (they look great.. and she LOVED them!) and had her eyebrows waxed... she tipped him $25 because she was SO HAPPY!
She said something like "who knew I could get my hair done in Missouri??"... I guess she will be back!!
