I scissor mine totallyl...no clippers and i can get them really short where i need to. My girls would freak with the buzzing noise anyway.
I wouldn't think most groomers would not let you watch since you will be taking business away from them if you start doing it yourself...IMO. IDK..maybe your groomer doesn't care and will let you watch but the dogs usually do better if the owners aren't there.
He is so handsome. I am sure he will look fine no matter what the cut. What a sweet little face!!!
