Pao used to be crated at night next to my bed when we sleep so that he doesn't roam around without my knowledge as I was afraid he might end up accidentaly eating something that he is not supposed to but when he whines for potty, I will be up with him. As he grows older, he doesn't like the crate and now he totally hates it. I gave him his freedom to the whole house (500 sq ft condo then) when I knew I can trust him and I never go back to the crate thing again. |
