That sucks. Same thing that happened with my insurance. It was already 30K above the assessed value (which actually is pretty reasonable) but insurance isn't supposed to cover land value, and then they went over everything and said it is now worth 40K over the assessed value and we can't go back to the old value.
Oh, and of course our lender thinks its worth 70K Under what the insurance company has us valued at. What a joke
