I got my doggie with kennel cough. I brought him to the vet right away and he diagnosed him but he could not tell how long my puppy had already been infected with it. Mickie is very tiny he is 1.5 Ib. He is on antibiotics and I bring him to the vet twice a day for a nebulizer session. His breathing is pretty loud and heavy and the vet says that his kennel cough seems to be at a late stage which makes it harder to heal. Mickey sleeps a lot but when he is awake he doesn't act sick, he is very playful and seems to be fine physically. I want him to get better as soon as possible, so if anybody has any suggestions as to what else I can do to help Mickey get better sooner I will appreciate it.
