no way guarantees that your are dealing with a reputable breeder nor does it mean the pup will be healthy....Di you try the YTCA to find a breeder? They also have to be screened........but it is a help........
It sounds like the woman you have been talking to is not good, it sounds suspicious to me, I would not do it with her.....When in doubt, do without.......
