Reply from PetCo I actually got a reply to my complaint, canned as it may be. Just so the associate gets counseled, thats all I ask:
"Thank you for contacting PETCO Customer Relations regarding your concern with our store. We are sorry to hear about your recent experience.
We seek to give all of our customers the best possible selection of pet products and the best service. When we fail, we know that we have lost your patronage until confidence in our service commitment may be restored. I would like nothing more than to continue to see you in our store again. I have sent your concerns to the General Manager to be addressed with that associate.
Please know that we care about our customers and what they think of us. By letting us know when we fall short of your expectations, we have the opportunity to address your concerns and to be better prepared to meet your expectations in the future. If we can be any further assistance, please feel free to reply to this email or call PETCO Customer Relations directly at 1-888-824-7257.
