UPDATE!
I just got back from the hotel where I went for a overnighter with my girl scout troop.
I was suppose to puppy sit for Daphne today, but when I got home and called Carrie, she was in tears. Daphne is back at the vets, she was having seziers and started foaming at the mouth. I'm waiting on a phone call with updates.

This is just so very sad. I feel so bad for that poor little baby, having to start it's life out so badly. I sure hope that she will be okay and I will keep my fingers crossed and say some prayers. I'm sure you will keep us posted.
It really sounds to me like this lady needs to be reported and shut down. I wish you great success with that end of this story as well.
Why oh why could your friend not listen to your advice....or better yet, wait and get a puppy from you; someone she knows and trusts?
