Welcome. I got Pixie at 13 months from a reputable breeder who was going to keep her for herself but decided to let her go. She was a little harder to housebreak because she was kept in a run in the basement with the other puppies and adults. But aside from that I knew exactly what I was getting (I love her look), she had been spayed, she fit right in with my other 2 dogs as she had been raised with others. She was able to sleep on my bed from the beginning and slept thru the night. I really prefer the older pups. I got Roxie at 4 months and although she has fit in well, she still is a puppy. I would go with your gut feelings. If she has been raised in the house and is trained I would think it would be great. Good luck
