So sorry you had a terrible experience. You are very near where Sue's (Sue N Cricket) grooming shop is. I know she is moving, but she'll be at 16 and M-59. Her shop name is Hot Diggety Dogs. Sue is the one with the great grooming video that she sells and has Yorkies of her own. You wouldn't be disappointed with her.
