Ode To Sarah

I went into a store today to buy some doggie clothes
An idiot was waiting there for me, how was I to know?
I went about my merry way selecting this and that
Then went up to the check stand to pay for what I got

Sarah dear oh Sarah dear, I don't need you to warn
I only want to buy these things to keep my baby warm
Though you think you know it all, you've got a lot to learn
All you have accomplished here is to make my temper burn

Please take the time to educate yourself on what you say
So in future times you won't reveal your ignorance this way
I suggest to you, just do your job in ringing up the sale
And if you do, I'm sure that I won't feel the need to tell
