I have found that moving on is the best solution. Im a techie, so I move on a lot... I job hop and I find when I do that I make usually about 20% more each new job I get.

Maybe giving your notice or having a sit down with your boss to tell him/her you are considering moving on will prompt them to offer you some incentive to stay.
