It would give her someone to care about and communicate with. It sounds like she has just reached a point where she does not seem to care about a lot of things. When she goes away from home if there are other dogs or new people she is happy. At home she is just bored. I think a new little sis is just what the doctor ordered. She would learn to share and have someone to love and chase and play with.
Getting a sister is not something we can do right now. Our lifestyle is very busy and we are always on the go. we are able to do it with one, but we would not be able to do it with two. And Layla definitly does not have a boring life at home. We are always in the backyard playing or visiting our neighbours or just playing in the house. We are not home often so it is usually home to eat, play and then bed.
