My cats sure weren't free
It's kitten season...LOTS of kittens are born at this time of year so they're everywhere. Shelters are overcrowded and irresponsible pet owners have to find someone to take their kittens off their hands. I always say there is never truly a FREE pet..they'll always cost you something...vet bills, food, etc LOL.

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
