Yep, you do have a tiny. I also have an 11 yr. 3 lb. one but she is mentally challenged. As for fleas, have you actually see them? They're pretty easy to see. If he does have them they may also be in your carpet and you'll have to de-bug somehow. Someone else on YT may tell you what are safe products. I use Revolution. It is a flea and heartworm product. My 12 yr. Yorkie, Rosie, is allergic to everything else. I use the Puppy dose since she weights only 5 lbs. As for Hartz, I think in general the opinion is that it has very harsh chemicals in it and doesn't work well. Many dogs have allergic reactions to that brand. JMO, though. Good luck.
