Paula, I feel for you. I have Crohn's Disease and often have to be on steroids. I have to be so careful while I'm on them because they compromise my immune system. I take probiotics daily, and it really does help a lot. Activia yogurt is awesome! I used to take one that I bought at the health food store, recommended by my dr. Now he says if I'd rather eat the Activia, I can do that. I think it actually seems to work better! My tummy usually gurgles a lot all the time, but not since I've started the Probiotics.

I hope Bella and Diggy are feeling better soon!!
