I feel your pain.... we have a girl renting the downstairs/basement area of our house with a completely separate entrance. She comes home from the bar about 3:30 a.m. just about every night and proceeds to slam the door. Just BUGS me SOOOO bad!
Maybe if it happens again you can set some laundry hours? We did that in my last house where i had a few roommates. My room was right next to the laundry room and we decided no laundry after 10 p.m. or before 9 a.m.
