I know it's an awful feeling. It wasn't your breeding and you helped all that you could. Getting that puppy out was a lifesaver for the mom.
If I lose any from a breeding I planned, that's an even worse feeling to me. I feel like I brought this puppy into the world only to let it down. Nevertheless the truth is we're all going to lose a few along the way.
You did good, you were there for them, to bail them out.
