The first generation turns out to look like Yorkies BUT then when they become adults and you breed them, they produce a litter that consists of some Biewers and some Yorkies. This brings in a new blood line into the Biewer line, and also what ever desirable trait you were looking for. The next generation produces even a higher percentage of Biewers and I believe the generation after that produces all Biewers (I may not be exact on that, I've never bred past the first generation so I don't know the exact ratio, there are others on this forum with far more experience in this area than I).
Hope that helps.
